You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As an IBO Training Implementation Specialist in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the Outage Services Business Line in the Installed Base Business Unit. Your work will include:

• Support RDT Training in scheduling resources.
• Perform data entry of all training and qualifications.
• Computer support for training activities.
• Training paperwork closeout.
• Tracking competency entry.
• Coordinates and notifies trainees and instructors of travel arrangements when necessary.
• Tracking, scheduling, and communicating physical needs as necessary.

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $21.50 - $28.10 per hour, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
