  • Lead the development of new features and functionalities from ideation to implementation, managing the entire development lifecycle.
  • Build a shared vision with domain leadership for key product initiatives. Support development by prototyping and collaborating with leading developers and technical leaders across the organization, serving as a subject matter expert.
  • Contribute to the overall technical strategy and roadmap for our products, driving initiatives to enhance code quality, performance, and scalability.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous growth, inspiring the team to explore new ideas and think creatively.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze product metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Our Stack: React.JS, Redux, Node.js, Ruby on Rails, AWS, Elastic Search, Redis, and MySQL. We encourage our teams to stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our product.

Your Experience & Skills

  • Strong proven technical skills and a passion for developing products that people love and use every day, developing features end-to-end (client and server).
  • 6+ years of experience building Full Stack applications.
  • A high sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to collaborate with teammates and people from different departments to brainstorm, set targets, and devise solutions.
  • Great product sense, and a passion for building software that provides a great experience.
  • Focus on quality and simplicity.
  • Team player, strong communication skills, and empathetic.
  • Degree in Computer Science (not a must; we're always looking for super-talented people).
