You Are:
As an Oracle ERP Fusion Cloud General Ledger & Accounting Functional Lead (R2R) Senior Manager, you will oversee the delivery of functional components and SaaS configurations within the Oracle Fusion Cloud environment. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that the Record to Report functional and business processes are executed with precision and align with the organization's accounting and management objectives. You will be tasked with reviewing deliverables from functional teams, ensuring that they meet the project's standards and objectives. Additionally, your responsibilities will include deployment planning and managing communications related to the deployment, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process.
Your leadership will be critical as you head the functional workstream for one or more modules within the Oracle ERP system. You will be driving the adoption of best practices and articulating functional requirements to both your team and stakeholders. Your expertise will be called upon to define workshop schedules and to conduct these workshops effectively, ensuring that all participants are aligned with the project goals. Furthermore, you will be developing key design decisions, process designs, and data definitions that are crucial for the successful delivery of the module you are responsible for.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong foundation in Oracle Fusion Cloud and a deep understanding of the Record to Report process. Your background in accounting will be essential, as it will enable you to grasp the financial implications of the functional decisions made within the system. Management skills are also vital, as you will be leading teams and driving project components to completion. Exposure to deployment planning and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders will be beneficial. Your success in this position will be enhanced by your ability to drive best practices, define functional requirements, and deliver on the responsibilities of the module under your charge.
Here's What You Need:
- Bachelors Degree or 10+ years of industry experience
- 6+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud solution with 1-2 full cycle implementation experience
- Experience in User Interface (UI) Design
- Experience in Oracle Fusion Middleware Webservices
- Experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
- Experience in Technology Architecture Implementation
- Experience in the knowledge of federal and commercial ERP / Financial business processes
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust

- Additional working knowledge of other ERP Cloud modules and integrations
- Willingness to upskill and certify in Oracle Cloud modules as designated by project
- Advanced Degree
- 15+ years of industry experience
