Overview:

Job Title: Records Manager

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Job Responsibilities:

Trace Systems is actively recruiting for a Records Manager to work with the Base Records Manager team to perform Records Management functions at the Los Angeles AFB in support of the 61st CS. The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Perform as the alternate BRM, as well as primary and alternate 61 CS Unit Records Managers (URMs).
• Perform Staff Assistance Visits (SAVs) on each URM at least once every 24 months or upon request.
• Train other records professionals.
• Potential for regional travel to perform records management requirements.
• Other duties as required.

Work is performed full-time on site in Los Angeles, CA.

Salary Information:

In compliance with California's Pay Transparency requirements, the following information is being disclosed. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Trace salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary based on various factors including location, experience, and performance. Salary Minimum: $50,000; Salary Maximum: $86,000.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance.
• Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.

Desired Qualifications:

• Training in SharePoint/OpenText, DAFI 90-160 Publications & Form Management; DAFMAN 90-161 Publishing Process and Procedures.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree or five (5) years of relevant experience.
