JOB SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for providing support for complex IT infrastructures including the design, monitoring, and maintenance of the overall systems infrastructure as well as for providing system support and configuration for the production environments.

JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Identify departmental needs and assist with technical direction, future upgrades and technologies and identify automation opportunities when applicable. 2. Assist with the design and implement system security and data assurance. 3. Configure and install computer systems for the organization. Design and develop OS templates per Standards, test software applications and systems and create support manuals. 4. Analyze users' needs, respond to customer service requests and provide production support coverage. 5. Ensure design of system allows all components to work properly together and ensure hardware and/or software are designed and installed in a manner that meets the needs of the organization. 6. Enforce Technical Standards for Server and Storage Environments, provide input for creating & maintaining technical Infrastructure architectural design & workflow documentation 7. Design, engineer, develop and deploy SaaS, PaaS other solutions for corporate service platforms 8. Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments. 9. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements. 10. Demonstrate Company's Core Competencies and values held within. 11. JOB SCOPE: The incumbent works as a member of a team to complete job responsibilities. The incumbent resolves problems that are varied and moderately to very complex and aids Infrastructure Engineers in resolution of more complex issues. Works under limited supervision with independence and general latitude to make commitments with occasional need to confer with management. The incumbent understands when to escalate an issue to the next higher level and ensures that decisions consider the full implications (business, legal, and competitive) to both the Company and the customer.
