We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in operating and maintaining CNC machines, including precision tools, vertical milling machines, drill presses, and hydraulic presses.

Responsibilities:

As a CNC Machinist, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Reading and interpreting engineering blueprints to comprehend work orders.

2. Setting up, operating, and maintaining various CNC machines including precision tools, vertical milling machines, drill presses, and hydraulic presses.

3. Creating and modifying CNC programs to optimize machining processes.

4. Ensuring that all machined parts meet precise specifications.

5. Regularly inspecting and performing routine maintenance on machines to ensure their longevity and safe operation.

6. Troubleshooting issues with machinery and implementing effective solutions.

7. Collaborating with the engineering team to develop and implement improvements to machining processes.

8. Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures while operating machinery.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have:

1. A degree or certification in a relevant field will be an added advantage.

2. A minimum of 5 years' experience as a CNC Machinist.

3. Proven experience with precision tools, vertical milling machines, drill presses, and hydraulic presses.

4. Proficient knowledge of reading and interpreting engineering blueprints and schematics.

5. Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.

6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

7. A commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

8. Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy items and work for extended periods.
