Role/Responsibilities

• Perform day to day activities for device-level and system level FA.
• Perform Electrical Fault isolation using multiple FA tools.
• Produce technical reports of failure analysis findings.
• Evaluate and maintain new equipment and techniques related to failure analysis. Must have Skills and Qualifications
• Hands-on proficiency with Physical and Electrical Failure Analysis at Silicon level.
• In-depth knowledge and proficiency with board level FA.

Qualifications & Experience

• BSEE with 5+ years of experience or equivalent degree of Engineering or physics and a proven track record in performing failure analysis of IC devices and module level FA.
• Hand on experience in failure analysis in multiple tools and techniques. .
• Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
• Hands on experience with EFA tools such as LIT, TDR, FIB, SEM, RIE, CMP, MIP, and decapsulatation, sample preparation and Emission microscopy, Laser scan microscopy, micro-probing and Nano-probing.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $52,000 per year

Pay Range Maximum: $84,000 per year

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
