Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join a growing team of analytics & consulting professionals, responsible for planning as well as executing media assessments, measurement strategies, and optimization insights across our client roster.

The individual must have hands-on work experience in measurement planning, with strong understanding of media planning principles. The right candidate will have experience working with a range of measurement methodologies, has excellent oral and written communication skills, client focused skills, and able to operate effectively with cross functional teams.

The position reports to VP, Intelligence and is expected to lead on-shore and off-shore analysts.

Responsibilities

Client responsibilities include,
  • Play a key role in developing annual learning agendas, measurement plans and roadmaps based on client's goals and objectives
  • Implementing and delivering milestones identified within the measurement roadmap
  • Assimilating insights from multiple measurement studies to create holistic performance view and optimization recommendations
  • Identify measurement and optimization opportunities based on evolving client needs
  • Staying updated and consulting on new measurement methodologies, technologies and platforms with clients


In this role you will be exposed to a wide array of experiences and build a diverse skillset. A typical week may include a subset of following:
  • Managing multiple projects and timelines
  • Managing Vendor timelines and project delivery
  • Generating insights, making optimization recommendations to fuel business reviews
  • Building and presenting clear, story-driven presentations of measurement results
  • Extracting, transforming, and loading large data sets using Python, R, SQL, and AWS Redshift
  • Ensuring data integrity & hygiene process are in place, identifying and solving data issues
  • Building and updating dashboards
  • Gaining expertise in new client industries and brands


Required Skills and Experience
  • Experience with broad range of measurement techniques such as MMM, Attribution, Sales lift, Brand lift studies, experimentation, etc.
  • Strong SQL language skills and understanding of cloud database structure
  • Experience using Python and R is preferred
  • Intermediate+ level knowledge of TV/ CTV/ OTT ecosystems
  • Strong communication and project management skills

Desired Skills and Experience
  • Experience with major digital analytics and data management platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with ad tech ecosystem, media planning, and data visualization tools
  • Firm grasp of media metrics in both digital and traditional: Media (impression, GRP, CPV), and Measurement analytics.
  • Experience with industry tools: Syndicated Sales (Nielsen/IRI Polk, JD Power), Media Consumption (Nielsen, Arbitron, Comscore), Paid Media Monitoring (Kantar, AdViews), Social Media Monitoring (NetBase, Sysomos), 1st Party (CRM), Digital Ad Server (DCM, Sizmek) & Site Served, Website Analytics (Omniture Site Catalyst or Google 360)
  • Familiarity with experimentation and digital maturity concepts

The salary range for this position is posted below.
