Position SummaryThe Product Marketing team at IPG Mediabrands is actively seeking an experienced candidate with a strong background in technology and familiarity with the advertising ecosystem. As the Product Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in steering and leading the cross-functional team to strategize, develop and execute marketing initiatives within the advertising technology space. This position will rely heavily on skills such as the ability to influence across the organization, partner with cross-functional teams, encourage the team, and deliver results. This demanding and diverse role is a great opportunity to take ownership of various marketing responsibilities, including project management, stakeholder management, communication drafting, collateral development and creative work.
In this role, you should be able to thrive under pressure, demonstrate outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills, be a clear, precise communicator and work autonomously after proactively identifying projects.
Responsibilities- Lead the development and execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies for a core pillar of KINESSO's product families - Planning & Optimization - housing our data-driven media planning products and largest user base.
- Partner closely with Product Management, Product Strategy and other stakeholders across Kinesso & IPG Mediabrands to drive adoption across IPG and integrate Planning & Optimization solution narratives into core workflows, including new business support and more.
- Create engaging collateral and events for agencies, including communication pieces, use cases, case studies, pitch ware, thought leadership pieces, workshops, and other impactful content.
- Develop repeatable, scalable processes to better train the team, and drive always-on programs.
- Ensure effective delivery of marketing content to stakeholders, making it easily accessible and up to date across internal access points and databases.
- Support core Product Marketing and Product operational tasks including roadmap management, survey creation and dissemination, and more.
Required Skills & Experience- BA/BS in marketing, communications or a related field.
- 3-5 years' experience in a product marketing or advertising role.
- Self-starter, with a high level of initiative, proven proactive thinker; can anticipate team needs and act on them.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and analytical skills. Project will be required.
- Proven ability to lead and collaborate in a dynamic or matrixed environment.
- Ability to strategize and craft compelling messaging.
- Impeccable attention to detail and superb organizational skills.
- Advanced skills across Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Experience in leading cross-functional projects or programs.
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders.
Desired Skills & Experience- Experience in Heap, Appcues, other technology and/or software development a plus.
