Position OverviewYou will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth and success. Your responsibilities will encompass leading direct Audience clients, non-Mediabrands agencies, and all pitch and new business endeavours. In this capacity, you will be instrumental in shaping our solution and product offering framework, developing a robust pricing model, and establishing efficient ways of working.
Your collaborative nature will be essential as you work across diverse teams, effectively coordinating resources and ensuring a comprehensive understanding of how our products and solutions synergize. ResponsibilitiesAgency/Client:
- Lead for IPG Non Mediabrands' engagements
- Education and consulting on data and product
- Overseeing E2E project delivery
- Resources from GCC to support
- Leading the direct client Chase account
New Business / pitch Audience Lead
- Primary contact for Audience Data and Support for new business pitches.
- Assess needs and role of KSO in pitch
- Include other team resources as needed to deliver
Audience Solutions Practice
- Support Continual Improvement of Audience Solutions process and deliverables
- Evaluation of new data sources, expanding use cases to be supported
- Collateral that clearly demonstrates capabilities
- Process and best practice playbooks to educate agency partners
- Mentor junior team members
Required Skills and Experience - Proven track record of delivering data driven solutions with a customer-first mindset.
- Self-driven, motivated, and purpose-led individual
- Collaboration, including ability to drive clarity in a multi-stakeholder environment
- Adaptable to fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas to both external and internal clients, and ability and comfort with presenting to senior level clients.
- Demonstrated success in managing analytical, commercial, and emotional elements of a client relationship
- Experience with breadth of analytics partners across channels, industries and consumer funnel,
- Expertise across different methodologies for audience creation, segmentation and measurement
- Knowledge of building advanced models and processing large data sets using R, SQL, or Python
- Deep understanding of the roles and functionality of platforms and processes across the agency/client analytics ecosystem, data and ad tech ecosystem essential with a focus on media metrics.

The salary range for this position is posted below.
