SummaryHR Green is seeking a dynamic Marketing Director to spearhead our marketing initiatives and drive revenue growth. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans, leading a team of marketing professionals, and crafting effective proposals and marketing programs. The Marketing Director will focus on acquiring new customers, enhancing brand recognition, and promoting growth across all HR Green business lines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Develop, implement, and manage a corporate marketing strategy, along with supporting campaigns, activities, and developments, to exceed organizational goals, targets and objectives, including the necessary reporting mechanisms to demonstrate the success of the strategy and its component campaigns.
- On an annual basis, design, drive consensus (with the firm's Executive Team) and implement a winning marketing plan for the company.
- Oversee strategies, staff and execution required to provide professional, winning proposal and interview materials.
- Direct and mentor the Marketing staff that work closely with pursuit leaders to ensure the proposal and RFP process is well understood and maximizes the firm's win percentage.
- Manage and analyze results of all marketing programs and recommend changes to approach based on performance.
- Understand the work history and project examples of the firm to properly lead marketing campaigns.
- Advise and approve the photography of projects as discussed with firm management.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, Business Line Leadership and the Executive Team to implement new and modified programs and initiatives.
- Advise staff, make recommendations, and strategize marketing programs and campaigns for various practice lines within the organization.
- Translate organizational strategies, objectives and business targets into winning plans, programs and campaigns using effective and repeatable industry methodologies.
- Train, lead and manage the Marketing team ensuring that staff understand and focus on organizational goals.
- Develop and administer the company's Marketing budget.
- Work together with marketing team in creating promotional materials for marketing collateral, channel support documentation and internal and external communications.
- Support Business Development and Business Lines with market research, industry and competitor analysis, scenario analysis and new business projections.
- Continually evangelize on behalf of the company and cultivate internal support of HR Green Mission, Vision, and Values and how these tenets are presented and projected to our industry and Clients.
- Ensure that accurate and timely management reporting procedures are implemented, providing the necessary analysis and dashboard reports to support Executive decision making.
- Ensure the effective integration of the Marketing department and its initiatives with other functions across the business.
- Oversee the firm's external web and social media presence to convey a differentiated brand identity for HR Green.
- Partner with Business Development staff in the creation and delivery of business development training for the organization.
- Oversee and manage the firm's trade show and conference presence to ensure effective marketing spend and opportunity creation.
Education and Experience - Minimum of ten years of experience in marketing leadership within engineering or related professional services.
- Preferred: B.S. degree in marketing, design, or a scientific field with P.E. certification, or a graduate degree in a relevant discipline, such as an MBA.
- Proven success in managing proposal and marketing communication teams.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with C-suite executives, particularly in marketing technical work.
- Proficient in technical and office support software essential for the role.

Compensation Range $150,000.00 - $200,000.00
The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and California's SB 1162. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, skills, prior work experience, competencies, and geographic work location. The total annual compensation package may consist of a base salary and eligibility to participate, after a qualifying period, in our performance and discretionary incentive bonus program(s).
