POSITION SUMMARY: The Sales Manager will conduct personal direct sales, manage sales distribution efforts and sales representatives, plus lead marketing efforts, all to achieve growth and sales goals. This hands-on position will drive divisional growth by increasing sales of existing products and interfacing with new product design to satisfy existing and expanding customer demands.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Achieve sales goals through personal direct sales, sales distribution efforts and sales representatives.
• Develop a successful marketing strategy and conduct marketing campaigns, coordinated with internal resources.

Position Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Technical degree in Engineering or Science. Sales experience with laboratory services or motion control may satisfy the degree requirement

Work Schedule
7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. with 1 hour lunch

Travel Requirements
Occasional travel to customers
