About the Role

As a Sales Manager at Our Client, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our sales team. You will be responsible for managing a team of full-cycle sellers who are engaged in prospecting, conducting product demos, and closing deals in the EOR space. Your leadership, coaching, and ability to drive results will be instrumental in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

What you'll do:
  1. Team Management:

- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of full-cycle sellers to achieve individual and team sales goals.

- Create a positive and high-performance culture within the sales team.

- Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.
  1. Pipeline Management:

- Oversee and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress towards targets.

- Monitor key sales metrics, analyze performance data, and implement strategies to optimize sales processes.
  1. Accountability:

- Hold sales team members accountable for their individual quotas and targets.

- Develop and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
  1. Client Escalation:

- Serve as the point of escalation to support sellers and strategic prospects

- Maintain strong client relationships.
  1. Product Knowledge:

- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of Our Client's EOR solutions.

- Provide guidance and support to sales team members in effectively communicating the value proposition to clients.
  1. Market Research:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

- Use market insights to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.

Who you are & how you'll be successful!

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field

- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in HCM or Employer Of Record (EOR) industry

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Exceptional coaching and mentoring abilities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in tracking and analyzing sales metrics.

- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Ability to handle prospect escalations effectively.

- Strategic thinker with a focus on continuous improvement.
