*Position would be a hybrid schedule and based out of our Corporate Headquarters in Bloomington, IL.*WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:Strategic Talent Acquisition Management:- As a strategic partner, who understands the current and future hiring needs of the organization, you will proactively manage a talent pipeline, ensuring a bench of qualified candidates is ready for hire.
- In your role as a trusted advisor to the business, you will provide insights on candidate trends and recruitment best practices and benchmark performance.
- Develop and execute talent sourcing strategies that are cost-effective, achieve required staffing levels with the best possible talent, and position Afni as an employer of choice in the marketplace.
- At times we will ask you to lead projects aimed at supporting our employment brand, optimizing recruitment processes and enhancing efficiency.
- Because our success is defined by the strength of our relationships, we will want you to mentor and coach colleagues across the global recruiting function, fostering a high-performance culture.
Impactful Hiring:- Success in this role is ensuring Afni attracts and selects the best talent available while maintaining recruiting operational excellence.
- To achieve this, you must be comfortable giving regular coaching or counsel to hiring managers on considerations and decision making.
- We also want you to be capable in managing appropriate partnerships (i.e. universities, trade schools, and vendor relationships) to support recruiting initiatives and processes. This includes managing success metrics, and negotiating contracts for services with the support of legal counsel and procurement, as required.
- It will be critical that you meet or exceed all recruiting scorecard targets, such as applicant flow, fill rates, quality of hire and cost per hire. We will ask that your scorecard be shared with your business partners on a regular basis.
RequirementsWHAT YOU WILL NEED:- Bachelor's degree in business or related HR field, relevant certifications preferred.
- Five years of talent acquisition experience, experience managing recruiting in a high volume hiring environment preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR related applications including applicant tracking and HRIS systems, ADP and UKG experience preferred.
- Strong rapport and relationship building skills with all levels of management.
- Adept listening and positive communication skills.
- Ability to coach and influence leaders with hiring decisions.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and change management skills.
- Proven organization, strategic and creative thinking skills.
- Self-motivated and results driven.
