DescriptionA Sr. Compensation Analyst provides quantitative analysis and consultation to business partners on classification of positions, and compensation and reward practices, including alternative recommendations for consideration. Serves as an expert resource for senior operational leaders. Assists with the conceptualization, development, implementation and evaluation of contemporary job design and compensation and reward programs.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities: - Perform complex analysis, develop alternative recommendations and formulate implementation strategies for contemporary job design and compensation and reward programs including base pay, long and short-term incentives, spot bonuses, and commissions align with company objectives for recruiting, retention, and employee engagement.
- Provide compensation guidance and analysis to business partners and ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
- Analyze data, conduct research and make recommendations to pay structures, salary ranges, and bonus programs.
- Regularly review jobs and classification within pay structure to ensure internal equity.
- Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines and procedures and recommend program enhancements to leadership
- Conduct job analysis based on job descriptions and provide business partners with recommended salary range.
- Participate in compensation surveys, conduct research and analysis on market competitiveness, pay equity, and compensation trends.
- Maintains and manages the job grade and salary range systems for the organization.
- Responsible for monitoring internal compliance with established salary ranges.

RequirementsMinimum Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills):- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or Finance preferred with four to six years of human resources experience with specialization in compensation administration and analysis.
- PHR or CCP certifications preferred.
- Proven HRIS experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to perform needs analysis and quantitative analysis, and design and assist/support implementation of effective solutions. Advanced skill proficiency with Excel required.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to pay attention to detail are required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products is required.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work with shifting priorities.
- Seeks collaborative solutions to address customer issues.
- Builds cross functional relationships.
- Seeks and considers others point of view when dealing in unfamiliar situations.
- Seeks out new tasks, training and coaching and assimilates feedback to improve performance.
