DescriptionAfni is hiring an Endpoint Deployment Manager who is responsible for leading the Endpoint Build Team and the Endpoint Quality Assurance Team to ensure the best possible technical onboarding for W[redacted] agents.
*Position is onsite at our contact center located in Bloomington, IL.*What you will be doing:- Manage the desktop build team and the desktop quality assurance team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of endpoint solutions for work at home users.
- Coordinate with the IT infrastructure, security, and service desk teams to plan, test, and deploy endpoint solutions that meet the business and technical requirements of the organization.
- Monitor and report on the performance, availability, and security of the endpoint solutions, identifying and resolving any issues or risks.
- Maintain endpoint inventory to support upcoming training classes by working with IT vendors, Finance and IT leadership.
- Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures for the endpoint solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to the desktop build and quality assurance teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
RequirementsWhat you will need:- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least three years of experience in endpoint management, including desktop build, deployment, and quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of endpoint technologies, such as Windows 10, Microsoft 365, SCCM, Intune, BitLocker, and VPN.
- Experience in supporting remote and work at home users, ensuring optimal user experience and security.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications in Microsoft, ITIL, or other relevant areas are preferred.
