The Swift Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic
Technical Project Manager to join our Agile team in developing cutting-edge digital products that support our clients' critical missions. As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business and technology, driving progress at the intersection of these realms. Your primary responsibilities will include gathering and documenting requirements, working closely with clients, and guiding our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-value solutions. This position requires a TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance and a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical engineers. This positions is hybrid requiring a minimum of three days a week on site.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and gather user requirements.
- Document requirements, user stories, and acquisition documentation.
- Work closely with architects, developers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop leading-edge applications, websites, systems, and products.
- Guide the team in implementing Agile processes, Scrum, and Kanban boards to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Utilize tools such as Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow to manage project workflows, documentations, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain JIRA dashboards, reporting, and analytics to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, testing processes, and security protocols.
- Keep abreast of technology trends and industry best practices to drive innovation and deliver user-friendly client experiences.
- Support the development of deployable features that meet clients' business needs and enhance user experiences.
Required Qualifications:- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Proven experience working with clients and documenting requirements
- Strong knowledge of requirements gathering, testing processes, and acquisition documentation
- Experience with Agile methodologies, Scrum, and Kanban boards
- Experience with JIRA dashboards, reporting, and analytics
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical engineers and business stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
- Associate's degree and 4+ years of experience with direct business analysis and requirements, or Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience with direct business analysis and requirements
- US Citizenship and an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
Desired Qualifications:- Familiarity with DevSecOps practices
- Certification in Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Masters Degree
