Cutting-edge robotics company transforming global healthcare through autonomous deliveries is looking for a Sr. Executive Assistant to support their CEO. As a partner to the CEO, you'll masterfully manage complex calendars, prioritize competing demands, and orchestrate high-stakes meetings to maximize leadership effectiveness. You will serve as a key accountability driver for the leadership team, ensuring timely execution of critical initiatives. Responsibilities:- Partner with the CEO to set them up for success by enabling them to focus on priorities and execute their work more effectively.
- Manage the CEO's complex calendars with an understanding of business priorities, including using your judgment to help manage their time.
- Prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters expeditiously and proactively, and follow through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
- Manage the CEO's inbox. Drafting communications, flagging priorities, and ensuring that nothing gets overlooked.
- Organize and facilitate large team meetings.
- Arrange travel and transportation. Develop itineraries and agendas, including setting priority meetings with relevant parties attending events.
- Hold members of the Leadership Team accountable to deadlines, commitments, and responsibilities by persistently and appropriately following up with the relevant individual.
Qualifications:- Previous 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a C-level. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Excellent communication skills. You are a strategic and clear communicator - both verbally and written.
- You are an inbox zero type and extremely responsive in communications.
- Bring infectious enthusiasm and proactiveness to every task you take on.
- Ability to multitask and work cross-functionally. You excel at managing multiple priorities and have a strong ability to be flexible as needs shift.
- High EQ and can anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and impeccable judgment.
- Strong organizational skills. You take pride in being and keeping others organized and have great attention to detail.
