Unicorn SaaS organization is looking for a top-notch Executive Assistant to support their Chief Marketing Officer. This is a great opportunity to join a well-known company with an inspiring leadership team. As a right hand to the CMO, you'll be the gatekeeper of a busy inbox and calendar to align priorities, book travel arrangements, assist with offsite planning, and manage the Executive's day-to-day. Someone with a proactive and positive mindset who can handle highly confidential and sensitive information. This is a hybrid role, 3 days in-office based Bay Area or Seattle. 140-160K+ DOE + equity, amazing health benefits, 401k with matching, unlimited PTO, and other great perks!

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Chief Marketing Officer's complex and busy calendar. Acting as a gatekeeper, proactively optimizing the calendar to ensure time is leveraged and spent effectively and efficiently.
  • Manage busy email inboxes and assist with writing communications on their behalf.
  • Provide meeting support to the Executive. Assist with prep, taking notes, writing action items, and noting follow-up items.
  • Coordinate and manage travel and transportation arrangements. Provide detailed itineraries for seamless travel.
  • Provide support to the CMO's org to ensure their teams are running efficiently.
  • Assist with planning team offsites and events.
  • Facilitate communication between appropriate stakeholders at all different levels.
  • Anticipate the needs of the CMO. Plan ahead and be resourceful.
  • Prioritize and resolve conflicting needs with little to no guidance.
  • Assist with some light personal coordination requests on behalf of the Executive.
Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a C-level executive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in handling highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong communication skills - both verbal and written.
  • Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, flexible, and able to take initiative as needed.
  • Ability to switch gears and adapt to changes as priorities pivot. Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savvy and able to learn new tools quickly.
