Job Description
Titan Technologies, LLC is seeking a Financial Analyst with experience working in a Federal Government, preferably DoD/IC, contracting environment. The candidate will report directly to the Program Manager and should have experience in creating, implementing and monitoring financial plans to ensure accurate visibility into program health. Secondary to the Financial Analyst role is assisting the management team in assuring the viability, functionality, and effectiveness of essential tools, resolving project release problems, and escalating issues as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing project level cost accounting, ensuring each task remains at the appropriate funding and burn rate.
  • Develop and execute programmatic budgets and financial plans that align with the program baseline.
  • Work closely with the Program Team to ensure all overseas allowances are processed in a timely manner.
  • Work with Project Manager and customer to establish quality assurance and quality control activities that will ensure quality compliance across the enterprise.
  • Provide program level quality management ensuring all deliverables and overall requirements.
  • Establish a continuous improvement methodology and culture to identify opportunities for improvement while maintaining adherence to contract driven key performance requirements.
  • Establish monitoring and analysis of all performance metrics to ensure compliance with contract performance and quality standards.
  • Prepare cost estimates and costing for Other Direct Cost that are reimbursable under the DSSR and JTR
  • Generate overseas allowance payroll payment ledger for OCONUS employee payment
  • Prepare invoice reports for submission to finance team and stakeholders
  • Audit program travel for JTR compliance prior to approval
  • Prepare quality reports for submission to project team and stakeholders.
  • Aggregate and analyze quality data and suggest methods for improving quality, design, and business processes.
  • Provide administrative support to the Program Manager for status reports, invoice processing, timekeeping administration as needed.


Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Proficient in financial tools and techniques, such as Deltek Costpoint
  • Experience in finance program tools for billings, cost control, and other financial controls.
  • 5+ years relevant experience of government contracts management.
  • Knowledge of Cost Accounting Standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent in related field required.

  • Strong MicroSoft Office skills with a focus on Excel and Word
  • Understanding of information technology.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
