Overview: We are seeking a skilled Truss Plant Manager to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in truss fabrication, procurement, team coordination, and client communication. The Plant Manager will play a key role in overseeing project execution, ensuring successful outcomes, and fostering a culture of integrity, responsibility, and excellence.
Responsibilities: - Develop comprehensive project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with client needs and company goals.
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects, ensuring all parties are aligned and informed.
- Develop and maintain thorough project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and progress reports.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation, optimizing team performance and efficiency.
- Manage project budgets, track project performance, and report on progress to stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks, implementing proactive solutions to potential issues.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
- Facilitate effective communication between sales and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Foster strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
Experience: - Proven working experience in truss fabrication.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
- Ability to manage project scope through effective scope management and stakeholder communication.
- Practical knowledge of construction processes, materials, and best practices.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are:
Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Required Education and ExperienceA bachelor's degree and/or 3 - 5 years of construction industry experience or any similar combination of education and experience.
CompensationBase Salary - $85,000 - $100,000 (DOE)
