Overview

NexGen Heating, Air and Plumbing is seeking a strategic and resuts-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, a passion for creating compelling campaigns, experience in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth to enhance brand presence and the ability to lead a team.

NexGen Heating, Air and Plumbing started 15 years ago looking to make an impact on the Home Service industry by paying close attention to detail, having a strong commitment to our values and a belief that the best way we can serve our customers is by giving back to our community. We've grown to 10 locations across Southern California, with headquarters in Anaheim, servicing customers every day and continuing to grow into the industry standard for all things HVAC and Plumbing. Responsibilities

What Will I Do?
  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across all platforms.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and optimize current strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to support lead generation and customer acquisition efforts.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring maximum ROI for all activities.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights.
  • Lead and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies and partners.
  • Ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with the brand's voice and standards.


Qualifications

Do I Have What it Takes?
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing role with a proven track record of successful marketing strategy development and execution.
  • Strong understanding of various marketing channels and strategies, including digital and traditional media.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and understand financial statements.
  • Leadership experience with a collaborative approach to driving business results.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
