Position Summary/ObjectiveWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join the Franchise Marketing Team at MY SALON Suite. The ideal candidate will have franchise experience and be responsible for developing and executing national and local marketing plans to drive lead generation. This individual will guide and coach franchisees in their lead generation efforts.
Essential Functions- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing on the annual marketing plan using market analysis and key performance indicators to achieve results.
- Execute a Brand Research/Refinement strategy (revamp marketing assets including digital and print), train and educate franchisees on the refreshed strategy
- Using the approved annual marketing plan, develop scalable rollout tactics for Franchise/corporate locations
- Manage and optimize the digital and traditional ads performance used by franchisees by coordinating with the Franchise Operations Team.
- Monitor and audit all marketing campaigns for Brand compliance and adhering to brand standards
- Responsible for lead generation goals and driving results by developing solutions and collaborating with the Director of Marketing
- Work with Franchisees to drive lead generation and explore additional local marketing opportunities
- Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly
- Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of the marketing team's objectives
- Provide quarterly updates on the competition
- Track and monitor system wide and franchise location marketing KPIs
Supervisory ResponsibilityThis position has no supervisory responsibility.
Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment remotely. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, smartphones, video conferencing, webinars, phones, photocopiers, printers, filing cabinets, shredding and fax machines.
Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a Team Member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to walk, talk, see and hear. Must be able to lift up to must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time, Exempt position of at least 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
TravelTravel is primarily during business days, out-of-the-area and overnight travel is expected based on individual job responsibilities. Some of the travel may occur on weekends or be international. Company events may include Summits and the Annual Conventions may also include travel. Travel is expected to be less than 15%.
Required (or Preferred) Education and Experience- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent franchise experience. Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably in the franchise or beauty, wellness, salon industry.
- Solid knowledge of web analytics, Google Adwords and Meta Business Manager and social media
- Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques; preferably with systems that integrate with Salesforce but not required
- Strong leadership skills
