We work a hybrid model (3 days in the office and 2 days work from home).This position will ideally be located in Detroit, MI or Dallas, TX; but will consider other locations for highly qualified candidates.
Our Automotive team is seeking senior-level creative and instructional talent to work with some of the largest and most respected automotive brands in North America. - Design and develop comprehensive engagement strategies to meet our customers' objectives, including but not limited to learning initiatives, performance support, job enablement, and communications
- Lead the discussion with customers around the recommended strategy, including outlining supporting content and gaining input from clients/SMEs
- Act as the client's primary point of contact for all matters related to the content and overall strategic execution.
- Lead the content development of strategic solutions within the Production Team
- Coach and provide constructive feedback to other content developers and the Production Team
- Help guide the ongoing development and delivery of final project materials in a timely manner. This includes guiding conversations, documenting and recommending solutions, and working with clients toward the stated deadlines
Requirements:- BA/BS, with major or advanced degree in English, Instructional Design or related a plus
- Automotive experience, particularly as related to dealership operations
- Ability to travel 4-6 times per year for corporate and client-related events
- Strong customer focus and creative leadership skills
