Our Learning team is seeking interest for a Managing Director. The Managing Director will staff and manage the production of all digital learning content as well as the ongoing development and support of our Chameleon Cloud™ eLearning development platform.

Requirements include:
  • Deep understanding of the interactive/technical agency service business including technical, creative and production processes
  • Extremely strong service operations expertise with an emphasis on the pace and breadth of agency operations serving the Fortune 500
  • Ability to manage and lead technical product development
  • Passion for leading edge technology and operational excellence
  • Proven, successful consultative communications skills
  • Experience in creating web-based product and/or learning solutions
  • Proposal and business writing experience
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong people and client management skills
  • Working understanding of learning technology preferred
  • Knowledge of technical or creative development frameworks
  • Knowledge of media production processes including wireframing, imagery, sound, video, 2D and 3D animation preferred

Specific responsibilities include:
  • Manage the agency operations of our custom eLearning development business through high growth while maintaining our high-touch client service and creative excellence
  • Oversee the ongoing development and support of our Chameleon Cloud™ eLearning development platform
  • Manage to profitability and growth goals
  • Develop the structure of the DLC group to meet forecasted growth then staff the structure appropriately with internal staff and key suppliers
  • Manage team "leads" in the work direction of people and processes in each functional area (PM, creative, instructional design, production, and product development)
  • Approve timeline and budgets for the service side of the business
  • Contribute to strategic direction of Learning as an executive leader

Education/Experience Required
  • College degree in software engineering, or interactive media field preferred
  • 3-5 years management experience in agency operations
  • Five years' learning, technical and/or marketing agency experience
