Job DescriptionThis software engineering position entails designing, developing, and providing support for entire software development life cycle for child supports systems.
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with other members of the project team to ensure timely delivery of high-quality delivery enterprise applications
- Plan and estimate development work needed to implement assigned tasks
- Transform requirements into working, maintainable enterprise-level solutions
- Perform detailed application design as appropriate
- Provide leadership to other team members to deliver high quality systems on schedule
- Ability to coordinate and work on production issues
- Ability to work with Production Support teams to ensure questions and answers are clear and concise.
- Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills, strong knowledge in SDLC process, Configuration Management tools, Environment Setup and Migration activities
- Write application code meeting defined requirements and adhering to documented design and perform unit and unit integration testing on that code
- Participate in JAD sessions to gain understanding of requirements and to provide technical options in designing solutions for those requirements
- Work with other technical team members, business analysts and SMEs in analyzing systems problems
- Document system design and changes to system design
- Provide impact analysis on proposed upgrades and enhancements
- Assist system and acceptance testers in troubleshooting anomalies, understanding impacts and identifying solutions to bugs or gaps in functionality
- Report issues and status to management, as directed
- Understand and adhere to all standards, ensuring that as code is written it is compliant
Basic Qualifications for Consideration:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in .NET (hands on experience, not book knowledge)
- Foundational understanding of jQuery, JSON, AJAX, and MVC 4.0 Framework
- Working knowledge of SQL Server 2008/2012 design and development of Stored Procedures, Triggers, User Defined Functions required
- .NET 8, CQRS, EF Core, Dapper, Microservices, Event driven architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ASP.NET, ADO.NET, C#, Visual Studio 2010/2013
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HTML5, XML, XSLT, CSS, WEB API and/or Web Services
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Object Oriented Methodologies, Object Oriented Design and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
Recommended Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Agile experience or training.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $80,080- $115,960.
