Maintenance Manager (Manufacturing) The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the maintenance department of a tier-1 automotive supplier, ensuring that all production machinery and facilities are maintained to ensure maximum efficiency, reliability and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a maintenance program that maximizes equipment uptime and minimizes downtime
- Ensure that all maintenance work is performed in accordance with company policies and procedures, and meets industry standards and regulations
- Plan and oversee maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and emergency repairs
- Develop and manage maintenance budgets, and ensure that all work is completed within budget and on time
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation, including maintenance schedules, work orders, and equipment maintenance logs
- Manage and train maintenance personnel, ensuring that all employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
- Liaise with production and engineering teams to identify opportunities for process and equipment improvements
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of maintenance techniques, processes, and equipment
- Ability to manage budgets and prioritize projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams and individuals at all levels of the organization
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Salary: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
