An award-winning plastics manufacturer is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead their facility. If you have a background in plastic injection molding and strong leadership skills, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure health and safety compliance.
• Optimize production schedules and reduce operating costs.
• Lead productivity improvement efforts.
• Oversee production operations
• Manage employee performance, career development, and resolve issues.
• Monitor inventory and forecast production.
• Regular attendance and professional interaction with clients and coworkers.

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of plant management experience (preferably in plastic injection mold).
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills (e.g., 5 Whys, 8-D).
• Basic computer skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
