Description
Robert Half is recruiting Associate Attorneys for the Sacramento office of a successful labor & employment (L& E) and Title IX investigations practice. The Associates are responsible for doing witness interviews and investigations at private and public sector workplaces, law enforcement agencies, and university campuses. After review of the facts and analysis of incidents (usually HR-related, discrimination or harassment, bullying, etc.), Associates prepare comprehensive investigative reports of findings. The qualifications include 2+ years of practice experience (ideally in L& E, education, or public law), active and in good standing with the State Bar of California, superior writing and analytical skills, excellent interpersonal skills and keen ability to act as a neutral, and successful prioritizing and meeting competing deadlines.
This is a unique direct-hire, partnership-track opportunity to join a fast-growing, statewide firm. The base salary range for this opportunity is $115,000 - 175,000/yr, depending on experience, plus comprehensive employment benefits (incl. 100% employer paid medical plans).
