ASSYST is seeking a highly skilled
Senior Business Analyst specializing in
Work Force Management (WFM) to join our client's team in
Rockville, Maryland. Job Location: Rockville, Maryland (Onsite)
This role is pivotal in analyzing the current utilization of scheduling and timekeeping products, assessing departmental scheduling effectiveness, and developing a comprehensive training strategy to support the deployment of Kronos WFM (Dimensions).
Key Responsibilities: - Develop subject matter expertise in timekeeping and scheduling systems, with a particular focus on Kronos Workforce Timekeeper Version 8.1, to enhance communication, training, and organizational realignment.
- Design and coordinate detailed training plans in collaboration with the project team and vendor.
- Create clear and impactful business process documentation for employee scheduling and timekeeping, while demonstrating system functionalities to users at various levels.
- Collaborate with project teams and functional experts to craft strategic communications, internal marketing, and training materials.
- Develop and produce quick start guides, job aids, online training, videos, and other necessary training materials.
- Manage stakeholder expectations in coordination with the Configuration Manager, fostering positive behaviors in response to operational and organizational changes.
- Facilitate working sessions to gather insights, identify gaps, and ensure that project initiatives are met.
- Produce system-based training materials using tools such as Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, and others as needed.
- Document new and existing processes, ensuring accuracy and comprehensiveness.
- Demonstrate proficiency in principles and practices of organizational design, change management, and organizational development.
Required Qualifications: - A minimum of 5 years of experience in system-based content development, focusing on applications, tools, and business processes.
- Proven expertise in organizational design, analysis, and facilitating employee engagement groups.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- High attention to detail, with strong analytical skills for process mapping and documentation.
- Experience in developing and designing training curriculum, job aids, and training materials using multimedia tools such as Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and other web-based platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and automated email systems like Office 365.
Preferred Qualifications: - Hands-on experience with Kronos Workforce Timekeeper Version 8.1.
- Familiarity with Workforce TeleStaff Version 7.
