As our HR manager, you collaborate closely with the HR team, functional stakeholders, business partners, and leaders across the company. You provide frontline HR support and are instrumental in delivering people-related programs and initiatives that reinforce our core values and contribute to a positive work environment. With a focus on data-driven decision making, you use HR Analytics to inform strategies and measure success. Your creativity, "roll up your sleeves attitude," and hands on approach make a significant impact everyday, driving the success of our HR initiatives and helping to shape the future of Le Creuset.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
- Administer and execute human resource programs, including, but not limited to, workplace investigations and disciplinary matters, performance management, and assistance with training and development initiatives.
- Provide professional daily HR support to managers and employees while developing meaningful relationships and building a positive work environment.
- Consult with employees in management on employee relations issues, investigating minor to complex cases and implementing solutions.
- Analyze employee relations trends and collaborate with key stakeholders to assist in developing proactive strategies, solutions, programs, and policies.
- Use HR Analytics and data to drive decision-making, measure success, and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
- Assist in interpreting, implementing, and executing policy and procedures.
- Maintain daily HR activities in accordance with company policies, procedures, and organizational expectations, and assess opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Participate in internal audits of HR practices to ensure regulatory compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate on relevant cross-functional initiatives.
- Support internal company communications as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal employment laws and proactively mitigate hr related risks.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum five years of HR experience.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong leadership, conflict resolution, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to navigate complex employee relations issues, drive strategic HR initiatives, and manage change.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR technology systems to drive efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations, focusing on compliance and risk mitigation.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using HR Analytics to inform decision making.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Must be willing to travel to our Early Branch office once a week.
EXTRA EXTRAS
- HR certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP).
- Experience with UKG.
- Experience in warehouse and retail operations.
