Position Description:LCG is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Business Analyst to join our team. This role will focus on providing critical business analysis support to manage and improve Supervision Platform Services (SPS) business processes. This role will also involve the administration of SPS SharePoint sites and the management of related meetings and documentation.
Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide business analysis support to manage and enhance SPS business processes, driving process improvement efforts and updating SPS SharePoint sites.
- Analyze existing business processes, document workflows, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop process documentation and improvement reports using analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel.
- Develop test plans for recommended process improvements, analyze test results, and provide final recommendations based on findings.
- Collaborate closely with QA Testers and Developers throughout the SDLC to ensure seamless integration, thorough testing, and successful implementation of process improvements.
- Ensure that all test plans are comprehensive, and results are accurately documented and communicated.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of SPS business processes, documenting tasks, developing visualizations, and creating revised workflows.
- Prepare detailed reports of analysis, including recommendations for improvement and process management documentation.
- Develop and update various reports related to business process reviews or ad hoc analysis as required.
- Administer SPS SharePoint sites and pages, ensuring that content is up-to-date, relevant, and accessible.
- Support the development and maintenance of SharePoint sites, including content management and site organization.
- Manage all aspects of meetings related to SPS, including scheduling events, reserving rooms, preparing agendas, and producing and distributing meeting minutes.
- Track open actions and ensure timely follow-up on all meeting-related tasks.
- Develop presentations and customer communications related to business processes, contract administration, and SharePoint site management.
- Prepare and submit weekly status reports, UAT reports, and other relevant documentation to keep stakeholders informed of progress and outcomes.
Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, and project management.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Proven experience in analyzing, documenting, and improving business processes, with a strong background in using analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel.
- Extensive experience managing and administering SharePoint sites.
- Preferred certifications include Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), and Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP).
Compensation and BenefitsThe projected compensation range for this position is $115,000 to $135,000 per year benchmarked in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The target salary for this role is $125,000. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Salary at LCG is determined by various factors, including but not limited to role, location, the combination of education/training, knowledge, skills, competencies, certifications, and work experience.
