What we're looking forSurveyMonkey is seeking a passionate Paid Marketing Creative Strategist to lead the charge in our marketing campaigns. You will collaborate closely with our dynamic Paid Marketing team to align on channel insights, best practices, and competitive trends, crafting and executing innovative creative strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, CTV, and more. You will manage creative projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless collaboration and feedback integration across cross-functional teams. Your efforts will ensure SurveyMonkey maintains a best-in-class Paid Marketing creative strategy.
What you'll be working on- Develop and execute creative strategies for paid marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, CTV, YouTube, Audio, DOOH, and more)
- Partner closely with the Paid Marketing team to brainstorm, optimize, and provide creative direction based on best practices, historical learnings, and competitive trends
- Act as the bridge between Paid Marketing, Brand, Design, and Product Marketing to ensure cohesive messaging and creative assets that align with our brand guidelines
- Stay ahead of the curve with industry trends, best practices, and competitors' strategies; find the next breakout format and/or platform for continued creative innovation
- Analyze campaign performance data to optimize creative assets, provide actionable insights to stakeholders, and improve ROI
- Submit and manage creative tickets from end-to-end, collaborating with stakeholders to receive feedback where needed
- Build a pipeline of creatives that align with key integrated marketing campaigns, brand awareness, and/or evergreen initiatives
We'd love to hear from people with- 5+ years experience in creative strategy and management working with a Paid Marketing team or a related role, SaaS experience (either in-house or via creative agency) strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and its relationship to storytelling through ads
- Proven experience in developing and executing creative strategies for paid marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking; you get excited diving into data and finding the story to tell
- Experience managing and maintaining a Digital Asset Management (DAM) tool (e.g., Frontify, BrandFolder, Cloudinary, Canto, etc.)
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making
