This is an office-based position.ResponsibilitiesThe Associate Vice President (AVP) of Professional Services will be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing team focused on driving revenue and supporting the organization's strategic goals. This role requires a dynamic leader who can effectively oversee solution architecture, customer relationship management, account management best practices, and practice management to ensure that the Professional Services team achieves delivers industry leading innovative solutions on time and in budget.
Team Leadership- Build, develop, and retain high-performing teams that drive revenue and support organizational growth.
- Foster internal career development opportunities to ensure team members achieve their professional goals.
- Oversee the overall delivery process to support teams on new deals and/or new projects/features.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on recruiting plans specific to business/product lines.
Customer and Prospect Management- Serve as the Executive Sponsor on multiple strategic accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Develop and maintain overall profitability to win strategy that aligns with customer business objectives and are attainable.
- Establish and maintain account management best practices to optimize efficiency and drive growth.
- Partner with Sales and Product Management teams to drive new deals and/or increase adoption across product lines.
Practice Management- Own product line activities, including budget management, profit, and billings, ensuring accuracy and consistency of governance artifacts across the practice.
- Act as the point of escalation for customers, working closely with Product Management, Customer Success, Sales and other areas of the organization to resolve issues effectively.
- Ensure that the Professional Services practice achieves company goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or related field; master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 + years of experience in professional services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of building and retaining high-performing teams.
- Strong experience in overall delivery and process design.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills, with experience serving as an executive sponsor.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in developing and managing pricing models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in the technology or software industry.
- Familiarity with product management and sales processes.
- Strategic thinker with a strong ability to drive and manage change.
