- Experience working with big box retailers such as Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe's, Costco, and other regional retail accounts.
- Familiar with household, kitchen, and home goods category is preferred.
- Develop clear sales strategy plans that will maximize the SKU listings across all organic platforms.
Become the expert on assigned accounts.
- Understand the retailer's needs, strategies, and objectives. Use this expertise to generate more business within each individual account.
- Utilize Category Management and Fact Based Selling concepts in every account.
- Manage merchant relationships to effectively complete all administrative forms, promotion programs, resets, or projects necessary.
- Work with merchants and executive teams to identify and evaluate new product ideas
- Target specific prospect accounts for conversion, execute sales action plans, understand account needs, develop relationships and assist in securing new business.
- Create and deliver retailer specific presentations for PLR, Promotions, Mid-Season updates, etc.
- Build and closely manage relationships with customers at the buyer level and beyond to create or enhance the partnership
- Provide Division VP with regular summaries of current total POS performance across assigned accounts and future sales forecast.

- At least 8+ years experience with product marketing and account management required, digital marketing preferred.
- Team building and leadership experience required.

- Strong organizational abilities, including time and resource management.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline required
- Product Marketing: 8+ years (Required)
- Retail Field Sales: 8+ years (Required)
- A minimum of 2-4 years work experience in CPG industry is preferred
- Experience working with syndicated data or category management preferred
