- Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans and strategies to achieve established sales targets, breaking them down by customer and product.
- Promote microscope products in the North America research market, fostering relationships with distributors, equipment manufacturers, and end customers.
- Collect and manage the needs of research customers in North America. Conduct customer visits, establish and maintain detailed customer records, and execute established business terms in alignment with company policies.
- Conduct thorough market research in the North America research sector, gather and analyze information on customers and competitors, collaborate with internal teams to evaluate emerging markets, assess market trends, and identify growth opportunities.
- Manage customer orders, including order placement and tracking, ensuring effective communication with customers and the headquarter teams to guarantee timely delivery.
- Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collections.
- Collect and communicate customer feedback to improve products and services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, International Trade, or a related field with experience in microscopic instrument industry.
- Extensive sales experience with proven ability to plan product sales and conduct international trade negotiations.
- Strong skills to evaluate market trends and analyze market research results, with keen insight into industry trends and market dynamics.
- Excellent English language skills to effectively communicate with North America customers. Functional fluency in Mandarin.
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Results driven, ability to work independently and in a team/matrix environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficiency in using office software and CRM systems.
