AAA Oregon/Idaho is looking for a Travel Technology and Operations Lead to join our team in Downtown Portland!

In this key role, you will act as the technical lead for the Travel Services Administration department by working with Preferred Travel Technology Partners to maximize efficiency of travel-related software programs and e-commerce website. This role will lead the development, coordination, and implementation of all travel technologies, including emerging technologies and be the liaison between Travel Services Administration, internal IT department, AAA National and Preferred Partners to maximize efficiency of Travel Services Operations. Desired Skills

• 3-5 years of experience with technology systems and troubleshooting, travel experience a plus.
• Basic knowledge of client/server, network, and applications environment.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Travel Technologies and desktop programs including Global Distribution Systems (GDS), CRM, and PowerShell scripting preferred.
• Proficiency with all Microsoft Office Applications and data visualization packages such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Position requires strong oral/written communication skills and relationship management skills.
• Must possess strong customer service skills and have ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work with diverse groups, using an equity and inclusion lens.
• Must be highly organized with acute attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and data security required at all times.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus, but not required.

This position is full-time, onsite at our Downtown Portland location.
