1. Works with project management to facilitate release meetings, manages agendas and meeting recaps to ensure all project tasks and goals are being accomplished as expected. 2. Evaluates multiple project interdependencies. 3. Assist with the planning and execution of the different releases 4. Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations 5. Measure and monitor progress to ensure application releases are delivered on time. 6. Negotiate, plan and manage all release activities 7. Monitors risks/issues within projects and assists in resolving project conflicts. 8. Assists a Senior or Lead RM as the single point of contact for a release, driving multiple projects to a common code completion date, and then managing the release through testing to delivery. 9. Conduct Release Readiness reviews, Milestone Reviews, and Business Go/No-Go reviews 10. Communicate release details and schedules to the Business as required 11. Lead and co-ordinate the Go-Live activities including the execution of the deployment Plans and checklists. 12. Provides oversight and support documentation by establishing and following processes 13. Collaborate with others to troubleshoot and identify problems and drive teams towards a resolution 14. Has strong-problem solving skills and ability to make a defensible decision in a timely manner. 15. Weekly Release Reporting 16. Maintains the release schedule for all core services and ensure alignment across key partners and vendors. 17. Continually work towards making improvements in the release process 18. Other duties as required.
