Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Experienced in the domain of Field Services - preferably in the ERP tools Oracle Field Service/Siebel.
  • Subject matter expert (SME) from implementation knowledge of
  • Configuring the system as per requirement gathering for execution of Field dispatch,
  • Scheduling of field dispatching,
  • Utilization of the workflow features,
  • KPI reporting, integration with other tools through Middleware,
  • Training of end users and documentation.
  • Cut-over planning and execution should be an area of expertise -
  • Majorly Conversion, configuration, and smoke-testing.
  • Stakeholder management will play an important role to curb the requirements through a proper channel of maturity.
