Job Summary: The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support sales growth. This role involves managing marketing campaigns, overseeing content creation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote products and services.
- Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.
- Oversee the development of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and support lead generation initiatives.
- Manage the company's online presence, including website content, social media profiles, and online advertising.
- Effectively manage and update product information using Product Information Management (PIM) systems for major retail partners.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to ensure the successful execution of marketing projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the automotive or consumer products industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.
- Familiarity with graphic design software and video editing tools.

Work Environment:- Work will be performed in an office environment at VP Racing's corporate headquarters in San Antonio, TX. This is not a remote opportunity.
- Will be required to work hours other than regular schedule for events and trade shows.
