Responsibilities: - Provide technical support of Elevate IC products for our worldwide customers
- Act as the technical interface between customers and the factory
- Assist customers with device and system level troubleshooting
- Review customer circuit schematics and code blocks
- Interface with internal engineering teams to help bring new products from initial concept through production release by assisting with new product definition, bench validation, and generation of technical documentation
- Perform bench testing and analysis to support customer inquiries and troubleshooting issues. Reproduce customer observations and provide technical guidance on how to use Elevate parts
- Manage external vendors for PCB fab/assembly activity and maintain hardware documentation.
- Generation of technical documentation for Elevate products including datasheets, product guides, application notes and other material to support integration of these devices into customer systems.
- Support failure, quality, and reliability analysis in conjunction with the operations team
- Coordinate with the sales team through the entire sales process
- Assist with product recommendations for new customer designs
- Assist with on-site customer visits to promote Elevate IC products
Required Skills: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in the field of Engineering
- Relevant job experience with a proven track record of success in similar roles
- Proficient in operating electronic bench equipment with hands-on experience in the laboratory, including troubleshooting, probing, and analyzing silicon using a combination of custom-made and standard equipment such as power supplies, oscilloscopes, source measurement units, etc.
- Strong communication skills are crucial for this position, both in spoken and written form
- Solid system and circuit level troubleshooting capability
- Knowledge of transistor level circuits at a basic level
- Should possess strong self-motivation and the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Experience with some programming language
