Our leading manufacturing company is seeking a HRIS Business Partner to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role will require you to leverage your HR skills and your technical prowess to streamline our HR processes and systems. With over 7 years of experience in HR, training, and onboarding, you'll be a vital part of our team, helping to shape and improve our HR systems and processes. Responsibilities: As a HRIS Business Partner, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to: 1. Serving as a liaison between HR, IT, and other key stakeholders to ensure our HRIS system is meeting the needs of the organization. 2. Identifying opportunities for system enhancements and optimizations, and driving the implementation of these improvements. 3. Providing training and support to HR and other staff on the use of our HRIS system. 4. Managing the HRIS system to ensure data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. 5. Coordinating and facilitating onboarding processes using our HRIS system. 6. Participating in HRIS system upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned. 7. Developing user procedures, guidelines and documentation for HRIS system. 8. Ensuring all HR-related systems comply with data privacy regulations and best practices. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the HRIS Business Partner role should possess the following: 1. A minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on HRIS systems. 2. Extensive experience in training and onboarding. 3. Strong technical skills, including experience with HRIS system implementation and management. 4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex systems and processes in a user-friendly manner. 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. 6. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 7. Knowledge of HR processes and terminologies. 8. A bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business or a related field.
