Position Summary
Provides administrative support of day-to-day operations within the Talent & Development Department.
Principle Duties and Job Responsibilities
- Answers phones in a timely and courteous manner.
- Greets applicants, team members and visitors that come into the T&D Department.
- Forwards all incoming correspondence and documents to the appropriate team member.
- Ensures that office supplies are ordered timely and accurately.
- Assists in screening applicants to be forwarded to T&D and/or Talent Acquisition.
- Treats all T&D related information in a confidential manner.
- Assists with special projects as necessary.
- Processes requisitions for Shoes and VIA passes, and prepares invoices for payment.
- Manages and updates all communications within FGF such as Communication Boards and FGF 24.
- Updates information on FGF 24 (Revel System).
- Follows attendance policy. Observes department call-in procedures. Exhibits timely arrival and departure and dependable time habits including meal and other breaks.
- Maintains a positive attitude and gets along well with coworkers.
- Exhibits teamwork and willingness to help others.
- Follows dress code and maintains a professional appearance.
- Can be relied upon to complete assigned tasks.
- Complies with established Departmental and Organizational policies and procedures.
- Works within a team environment to meet/exceed established production standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- One year working in an HR function or related experience required.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and accomplish multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to delegate an assume responsibilities in order to drive programs to hit deadlines.
- Prioritization skills in order to determine which tasks need to be handled appropriately.
It is the responsibility of the individual team member to never lift beyond his/her own safe lifting limit. If the team member feels that an item is too heavy to lift, push/pull, and/or carry, the team member must: (1) break the item down into lighter/smaller, more manageable components, which he/she is comfortable with safely handling (if applicable); (2) ask for assistance from another worker; or (3) ask for assistance from a leader.
