Class A CDL required. Experience with rolling axle and lowboy trailers is a plus.nnEssential Duties and Responsibilities:nnKnowledgeable with blueprints, sketches and building plans pertaining to type of materialnnWork within precise limits or standards of accuracy.nnPrepares layout, using voltage tester, wire strippers, level, pipe benders etc...nnTerminates panels utilizing LOTOnnPlan sequence of installation to avoid obstructions and activities of other construction workers.nnRun cable tray, pulls wire and bend various types of conduit.nnUnderstands motor controls and metering.nnSize branch circuit overcurrent protection devices.nnCalculate loads for single phase and three-phase branch circuits.nnRates information using standards, which can be measured or checked.nnReviews and compares differences in the size, shape, and form of lines, figures, and objects.nnFollow directions, plans, and blueprints.nnPerform work overhead, beneath structure, and from various other positions as required by working conditions.nnMake decisions based on measurable criteria.nnVisualize objects in three dimensions from plans and drawings.nnLift and carry objects of varying weights.nnDetect, recognize and respond to dangerous conditions or situations.nnRegular attendance is required.nnSignificant travel may be required.nnPerforms other duties as required.nnQualifications & Skills:nnSkilled in both written and verbal communication.nnComplete all Safety and general job training as required by SIC.nnObserve SIC and Customer safety and quality processes and procedures at all times.nnPhysical Requirements/Job Site Requirements:nnMust be able to effectively use all required PPE equipment and lift up to fifty pounds.nnConditions include working in office, shop, busy traffic areas, warehouses, and undeveloped properties, with frequent exposure to dirt, dust, grease, oil, vibrations, and adverse weather conditions.nnMust be able to safely access all areas of property, buildings, structures, wharves, rooftops and other elevated positions, as well as, confined spaces.nnStrenuous physical demands are required to safely perform the essential functions associated with this position.nnMust be able to safely operate all involved equipment and tools.nnMust be capable of standing for long periods of time, bending consistently, working in confined spaces with limited access, on ladders, in personnel lifts, in workboats, and working in awkward body positions.nnNotice to prospective employees: There have been fraudulent postings and emails regarding job openings.
