Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a Business Analyst to fulfill the following responsibilities:
All aspects of the business analyst process from end to end (e.g. user requirements, implementation strategy, user training, etc.)
Work with stakeholders to clarify and define software feature requirements.
Develop effective and efficient solutions by researching/analyzing issues, defining opportunities for business process improvements and making recommendations within assigned area of responsibility.
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans.
Act as a resource in the exchange of technical information with project teams, the business and outside vendors.
Ensure timely notification and escalation of possible issues/problems, options and recommendations for prompt resolution.
Act as a resource in business analysis and design to colleagues, business partners and clients and encourage business analysis awareness.
Job Qualifications
Education
Business or Technology related Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
Mandatory Skills / Experience
Good understanding of technology, specifically email flow and SaaS technologies.
Demonstrated project management skills.
Requirements gathering / strong research skills and able to distill information down into a consumable form.
Ability to perform analyses and synthesize information and make recommendations.
Ability to collaborate between and with technical and non-technical departments.
Minimum three years of work experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Possess good critical thinking skills and initiative to investigate and resolve issues with minimal supervision.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledgeable in IT, especially in Email technology such as email encryption and SaaS.
