We are looking for a Dayforce Senior Consultant to join our rapidly growing Digital Workforce Transformation practice across Canada (Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, Halifax, Vancouver, Calgary).
Responsibilities
Lead process discussion, gather requirements, configure, and test the Dayforce system on modules including Payroll, benefits, workforce management, core HR, performance, recruitment, and learning.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex HR technology and implementation concepts.
Deliver quality services. Value and model excellent client service by establishing goals and implementation plans to achieve high quality deliverables within expected timeframes.
Develop and maintain productive relationships with clients. Understand the client's industry and recognize key performance drivers and business trends.
Demonstrate high levels of technical and professional knowledge and quickly assimilate new knowledge.
Participate in the development of new business opportunities. Understand EY, its service lines and actively assess/present ways to serve clients.
A related bachelor's degree.
Approximately 2+ years of experience in HCM system implementations with Dayforce experience preferred.
Dayforce certification is a plus.
Experience in HCM system configuration.
Strong understanding of HR processes and data.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in participating and/or leading client discussions.
Ability to work through a problem with limited information.
Demonstrates curiosity; to understand how and why a problem or issue exists.
Comfortable with ambiguity and finding creative approaches.
Business analytical skills – make observations, anticipate client and management needs.
Team / work engagement – dealing with varying team /stakeholder environment.
Work collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
High level of motivation and a self-starting attitude.
