The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join their team. The CFO will be a key member of the management committee, responsible for developing and executing financial strategies that align with the company's strategic and business plans. This role involves overseeing all financial activities, including the preparation of financial statements, cash flow management, budgeting, cost and profitability analysis, and procurement.
The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree or diploma in accounting or finance, a CPA designation, and a minimum of 10-15 years' experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5-8 years in team management. Proven experience in merger and acquisition activities, including due diligence, financial modeling, and integration, is essential.
The successful candidate for the CFO position will be a leader with a strong sense of values and ethics, capable of setting the tone for appropriate behaviors. In addition to the required educational and experience qualifications, expertise in enterprise applications, particularly Microsoft D365, is a plus. The role demands a professional with excellent leadership, management, analytical, and organizational skills, a high level of integrity, and a strong focus on results. Bilingualism in English and French is a significant advantage.
