Job Overview: The Client Manager will provide project management and administrative support to clients, focusing on building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction. They act as the main point of contact between the company and clients, handling communication, problem-solving, and ensuring that services are delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand client needs and create plans to meet them.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve client issues quickly.
- Serve as the main contact for clients and coordinate with internal teams.
- Assist with client marketing and internal/external meetings.
- Handle multiple projects and promote cross-team communication.
- Assist with RFPs, presentations, and other administrative tasks.
Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in MS Office, project management, and marketing materials.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Life, Accident & Health License required.
- High school diploma (college degree preferred).
- Experience in customer service and managing client relationships.
