Purpose: The customer service representative will handle all calls from customers - new and existing. This person will handle all front desk receptionist type work as well.
Job Duties:
- Handle incoming calls, providing information or directing calls to the appropriate person.
- Answering between 5-20 calls a day.
- Respond to calls/emails in a timely manner.
- Assist with administrative tasks - such as document preparation, quoting, and project related work.
- Greet visitors.
- Manage the reception area.
- Providing support to customers or clients, addressing inquiries or concerns.
Must haves:
- Detail oriented.
- Able to multitask.
- Great communication skills.
- Professional and friendly demeanor.
- Phone and email etiquette.
- Go-getter attitude.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not mandatory.
- Sales skills are a plus.
