Your Role and Responsibilities: Perform processes such as Pressure Tsing product, RGA Leak Checking, running exhaust pumps, high vacuum, and gas backfilling in a fast-paced production environment. Develop SOP's for the safe and efficient production of thermoformed parts.Participate in technical review of final design documents and drawings including Process Flow Diagrams, Control/Logic Diagrams, Process & Instrumentation Diagrams, Technical Specifications, analysis, calculations, and other design documentation.Direct operation for the vacuum brazes furnace to produce desired properties of complex assembly. Research and investigate the science behind products to improve existing optical systems. Develop and review contamination control plans, formulated mitigation strategies and conducting material analysis. Coordinate and perform thermal bake out and vacuum test for hardware and science instruments. Design and develop mechatronic systems and automation process for the manufacturing of ultra-high vacuum components, considering quality, efficiency, and scalability.Update documentation to capture current process or correct documentation errors. Combine mechanical and electrical elements by sensing and actuation, as well as control systems and software.
